Santa’s favorite: reindeer filling


1 tsp (150 g) of creme fraiche
1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish paste
1 pct (100 g) old smoked reindeer
a pinch of black pepper
fresh thyme

Mix the horseradish with creme fraiche. Take it over the roses
horseradish sauce and slice of cold smoked salmon. Sprinkle black pepper on the surface
and fresh thyme.
